January 29 , 2007 - Finding center in an off-center world
Unless we're incredibly evolved or thoroughly grounded, most of us find ourselves tossed dizzyingly around by storms of emotions, or we chronically repeat self-defeating behaviors we're always swearing we'll never do again. By the middle of any given day, we feel like we're sliding across the fun-house floor that's tipping us off sideways. We can't even seem to stand, let alone get anywhere. The resolution we vowed so intently we'd see through 2007, is barely a tattered memory by the third week of January.
How do we find a strong emotional center when we've never been able to remain there before?
Writer, speaker, and social activist, Ilene Wolf, will highlight for viewers, how to identify some of the sink holes and cracks in the sidewalk we're trying to navigate.
